Up North

After a lot of postponement, we finally had our Ilocos Trip. It was a bit tiring but it was worth it. Thanks to our dear sister for the free bus fare (via RCJ Liner).

We went to Laoag and Pagudpud. We also plan to go to Vigan but because of time constraint, we opted not to go. Maybe next time.

Check out our journey below:

Fort Ilocandia and Malacanang of the North

Sand Dunes - Paoay Church - Ilocos Museum

Pagudpud - Resort - Windmills

Recovering

The day I arrived for my vacation (April 26) was also the day Papa was discharged from the hospital after almost 4 months in the hospital. He had a successful operation and is now recovering at home. It really pains me to see him in that condition and so helpless. I know he will recover soon and will be up and walking again.

Back to Legaspi City Albay

It's good to be back in Legaspi City. We went there last May 7-8. I know my wife misses this place and I misses it too. Hopefully we can go back at least once a year. It's a beautiful place (specially the magnificent sight of Mayon Volcano). But there are other beautiful places and exciting things to do here aside from gazing at Mayon.

Check below our wonderful and happy trip back to Legaspi City together (my wife's hometown and one of my favorite place to visit). I just can't get enough of Mayon :-)

First is in Oriental Hotel. We had our breakfast there with my favorite Mayon Volcano

Now here are some pictures Around the City

Lucky us we also got to visit the very far and expensive Misibis Bay. Thanks to Mama Edna!

Marami pang lugar ang di namin napuntahan and a lot of things to do that we have not done because of limited time (and funds :-)). Kaya definitely we will be back next time!!!!

Until the next visit to our second HOME!

Happy Birthday Daddy

Four Zero

I just turned 40 today. Since I'm back here in Saudi, I celebrated my birthday earlier sa Pinas. My wife surprise me with a new iPhone 4S (super thanks) and during our lunch in Shakey's, the crew and perhaps some of the customers joined in singing me a Happy Birthday complete with a birthday cake.

At home, we also have a simple salo-salo. Take a look at the pictures below.

Back from Vacation

I will be posting pictures from my vacation. I miss home already!

In the meantime, here is the picture with my honey taken on the way to the airport.
